Step One: Open the door and greet them politely.

Step Two: Wait (they'll usually start off by reading something to you or asking you a question)
Step Three: Instead of having a doorstep-debate, tell them your a Christian and that you'd like to set up a weekly time to do Bible study with them. This way you are treating them with respect and giving them time to prepare. Also, you need to prepare.

Step Four: Meet with them, plead with them, and pray for them. Seek help preparing and remember that you're going into a battlefield where the enemy will be.
